Raw food is food that has not been cooked or processed and can include things such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, eggs, fish, meat and dairy products. Also, when referring to milk raw it means the milk has not been pasteurized or homogenized. Milk from 100-percent grass-fed animals is much healthier than ordinary milk.
