Half Pig Deposit: $200 (non-refundable).  The pig forage through our woods/pasture which are 100% chemical and pesticide free and are supplemented with Non-GMO, Soy-Free & Certified Organic Feed.

Total Cost: $6.00 per pound (based on hanging weight).  This includes the butchering and processing fees for fresh cuts only.  $1.00/pound charge for seasonings for sausage and $3.00/pound charge for smoked bacon (ex. smoked bacon & smoked jowl bacon) 

The average whole pig hanging weight is 190 lbs. based on a 280 lb. live weight pig. Therefore for a half pig the approximate hanging weight would be approximately 95 lbs.  and the approximate physical weight of meat would be about 55-60 lbs. which would consist of the items below (Note: You can fully customize this so this is just an example): 

5-10 lbs. Sausage- can choose fresh ground pork, mild or hot sausage (Note: pounds will increase if you get less roasts/primary cuts)
6 lbs. Pork Chops OR Boneless Loin Roast (Note: If you get Loin Roast you will get Baby Back Ribs)
1 lb. Pork Tenderloin
3 lbs. Boston Butt Roast
5 lbs. Shoulder Roast
8 lbs. Fresh Ham Roasts
2 lbs. Fresh Ham Hocks
4 lbs. Bacon - fresh, cured or smoked
3 lbs. Ribs
1 lb. Jowl Bacon - fresh, cured or smoked
4 lbs. Bones
4 lbs Organs (heart, liver, kidney)
8 lbs. Misc (tongue, ear, feet, fat, skin, tail)
