The first step is to create your free account and confirm if you are in our home delivery area or if you are close enough to pickup at the farm.
Browse through our ever growing selection of products. There are no membership commitments ($50 order minimum for home delivery).
For home delivery, your order will be delivered on a scheduled date/time. Just leave a cooler on your porch/door way with ice packs. For on farm pickup, coordinate a pickup date/time with us. Payment can be made via credit card online or by cash/check.
Confirm if you are in our home delivery radius or pick up your order directly at the farm.
Leave a cooler on your porch/doorway and we will transfer your items from our cooler to yours. If you want to pay with check/cash, leave it in an envelope in the cooler. If you have jars/containers to return, leave them in the cooler as well. That's it!
The handling fee is $10 per order, regardless of location or amount. The delivery fee is based on the weight of the order and is $0.50/lb. Remember that there are no fees at all if you pick-up your order at the farm!
Refer a friend and get $10 off your next order. We will give a $10 product credit per referral once that person has placed their first order. We depend on current patrons to bring others on board and appreciate all referrals.

The order deadline is Monday @ midnight prior to the Thursday home delivery. Until then, you can edit your order simply by adding products to your cart.
Our deadlines are firm. Please be sure your order is in on time! You will be unable to place an order after the deadline.
Seasonal fluctuations occur and we will let you know anytime we happen to run out of stock for an item that you have ordered. We will offer you optional substitutions that you can accept or decline. We appreciate your understanding in the fact that this is a family farm and not a grocery store so we cannot guarantee to have everything in stock all the time. Consider other cuts during periods where we have certain items out of stock so that we can ensure all cuts from the animal are utilized which allows us to respect the animal to the max.
The total that you see when you initially place your order is only an estimate. Once we pack and weigh your items, you will receive a confirmation with your final total.
If a customer is dissatisfied with a product, they can return it to the farm within 3 days of receipt in its original packaging (unopened/sealed) and in the original condition (refrigerated or frozen) for a full refund (minus applicable fees- delivery, handling, butcher, processing, etc.) or a store credit.
Please be sure to update your contact information (i.e. address, phone number and email address) in your profile so that we can stay in contact with you and reach out to you with any order questions.
Nature's Roots Farm has an open door policy and welcomes all of our wonderful patrons to visit the farm and deepen their relationship with where their food really comes from. Please call us or email us to setup a day/time to come for a tour. We offer tours once a month on Saturday afternoons ($10/adult & $5 per child over 5 unless ordering $50 or more).
