Hello! It is a great day to be alive and kickin’ this beautiful Monday morning. Although the heat is back in session, our family is doing great and the animals are loving life. Last week I started writing about holistic living and I started this series by talking about how important it was for me to clear the clutter out of my life so that I could tune in with my mind. I gave a little history of my story and how my past experiences have led me and my family to where we are today. One of the most monumental moments that transformed my walk was the accident I had back in 2005. As the years went on I started to discover the realities and struggles of holistic living not only in my life but in a majority of others that I directly and indirectly interacted with on a daily basis. I removed myself from the conventional model, stepped out of that box, and got in tune with my environment. Removing clutter in my life was not an easy task. It has become a regular practice to inventory the stresses and stressors that affect me day by day to be able to effectively stay in tune with my mind, body, and spirit.
