Well it has been a crazy week here at the farm. Things kind of unraveled a bit for us but we are reeling it back together. As you know our beef products are running very low and we decided to buy a couple beef cows that we could finish out on our farm before we took them to be processed. As the cows were being delivered and unloaded from the trailer, the two new cows took off running and did not look back. They have been missing since Friday morning and they are nowhere to be found. An APB has been put out to all the neighbors and farmers around us as well as through social media. We are hoping that they turn up very soon as we can replenish our beef products. Keep this situation in your thoughts and prayers.

The days are starting to get shorter. Day light savings time is approaching. We are working diligently to prepare for the winter. All our animals actually and much more.

I’m not sure what happened but it's September already. Time is flying by and things are movin’ and shakin’. I have a lot to ramble about this week regarding all the cool stuff happening around here but I want to start off by saying Happy Birthday to my awesome wonderful super woman wife. Yesterday was her birthday so I wanted to use this time to let everyone know how awesome Angela is and how this farm wouldn't be up and running if it wasn't for her business expertise. Angela is the glue that holds our family together as well as the business side of things. She encourages me on a daily basis to be the best father, husband, and farmer I can be. Words really can’t explain how amazing Angela is at every level. I love you Angela and I can’t wait to see what another year holds for our future. Happy Birthday!
