Hey! It's Angela here. I am going to write the newsletter just for this week as we have so much going on right now and I wanted to take one thing off Brian's plate. So I will provide everyone with an end of year/new year farm update! Brian and I enjoyed the holidays with a quick day trip to his family in Virginia (see picture below) and a visit from my parents at the farm for a big meal with them and our interns (couple from NY and a guy from Spain). For New Year's it was nice and calm on the farm and on the 2nd we wished our interns farewell as their time was up. Today we welcomed 3 new interns (one from CT, one from Amsterdam and one from NY). 2 will be here for 10 days and 1 will be here for the month of January. We really enjoy all of the different perspectives from the interns that visit as they each bring a unique set of ideas and skills that we can benefit from on the farm.

Howdy there! Things have been rockin’ and rollin’ here at the farm and it seems that this year has flown by in the blink of an eye. As the year is wrapping up we have been chipping away at the project list. We have been blessed to have awesome folks that have come to intern and work with us over the past month and a half. We are actually booked up through February with individuals and couples wanting to come learn, help out and get their hands dirty alongside Angela and I. Having a couple extra pair of hands makes a night and day difference when there is always something to do. Things have been progressing very smoothly this month and we are extremely pleased with our new interns.
